Paying Your Bill
The City of Georgetown's improved online billing portal provides customers a way to manage usage and payments more effectively. Customers can log on to our customer self-service portal by clicking here, to pay their bill, track and compare usage, and receive timely information and updates.

In order to create a new online portal account , you will need the following information:
- Account Number
- Email Address – You will need access to your email in order to receive a verification code, to verify your identity
- Personal Identification Information – example, Drivers License

Over the Phone
- By dialing Customer Care at (512) 930-3640 you will have an option in the phone menu to enter your payment information
Auto–draft accounts: (Credit/Debit or Bank Routing):
- This can be set up in the online CSS portal
24-hour Payment Drop Boxes:
- Do NOT place cash in a drop box
- Available for after-hours, weekends and holiday payments
- Location: 300 Industrial Ave. (Municipal Complex)
Regular Mail:
- Mail payments to Georgetown Utilities, PO Box 200662, Dallas, TX 75320-0662
Lobby and Cashiering Center:
- Located at the Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-Industrial Blvd, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday
Pay online through your bank
- Most banks offer their customers a bill pay service option on their website or app
- This can be for a single payment or automate a monthly payment
- Be sure to provide them with your utility account #
